Funny from Aiden

I thought this was funny so I wanted to share it on the blog.

Every Monday and Wednesday I get free rental codes texted to my phone for Redbox. If you don't know what Redbox is, it's pretty much the best movie rental invention EVER. They have them at Walmart and McDonalds and other places like that, and it's basically just a vending machine for movies and it only costs $1 per night--waaaay cheaper than renting at Blockbuster! Go to www.redbox.com to sign up for the free text codes if you want! Anyway, I digress, lol.

Today we went to Walmart to pick out our free Wednesday rental and on the way home, this was my conversation with Aiden:
Aiden: We got a new movie for Daddy. It's called...I don't know. What's it called?
Me: "What Happens in Vegas?"
Aiden: I don't know...what happens in Vegas?
Me: (Laughing) No, no, honey, I'm sorry. The name of the movie is "What Happens in Vegas?"
Aiden: Oh.....THAT'S not a kids movie! No, that's NOT a kids movie!

Maybe you had to be there, but trust me, it was hilarious! I was laughing so hard I was crying, lol.

On a quick side note--I should have known that along with socialization and all the good stuff that comes with going to preschool, my child would also pick up other children's bad habits and mean sayings. After Aiden got home he was being quite the little brat and then turned around and yelled, "I'm going to tell my Daddy on you!" I asked him, "Aiden, did you learn that at school today from another kid?" (knowing full well that he did, because I've never said anything like that to him). Of course he said, "Yup, and I'm going to tell my Daddy on you!" I really don't think he has a clue what that means, lol.
